Ward 4 candidate forum set for July 22

Join the League of Women Voters of Saint Paul (LWVSP) and co-sponsors - the Union Park Community Council and the Midway Chamber of Commerce - for a candidate forum for the special election for the St. Paul City Council Seat for Ward 4 on July 22, 7-8:30 p.m..
